Styles of Imagination fashion show set for NBA All-Star Weekend

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Styles of Imagination fashion show is scheduled to take place during NBA All-Star Weekend.

The event is 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19. NBA All-Star events take place Feb. 18-20, with the game on Sunday, Feb. 20.

The show – hosted by veteran Cleveland fashion designer Diane Linston – is set to take place at Embassy Suites, 3775 Park East Dr., Beachwood.

Emcee is scheduled to be radio personality Rickey Smiley.

Linston – who owns boutiques in Cleveland and Beachwood – is bringing in more than a dozen designers from all over the world to showcase their collections. From Atlanta to Africa and many from Cleveland, designers cover a range of locations and styles, including:

Almost two years after the start of the pandemic, some of the hardest-hit workers in essential industries are in line for some new federal help for their expenses when they worked through the crisis.

‘Beauty is a brand new space’: OPI teams up with Xbox for global nail polish collab

On Tuesday, global nail brand OPI launched a product collaboration with Xbox, strengthening the notion that 2022 will be a banner year for all things gaming in the beauty world.

The collaboration consists of a 12-shade range of polishes with game-inspired names like “Pixel Dust” (shimmery dusty pink) and “Sage Simulation” (sage green).
