San Jose police investigate fatal shooting at shopping center early Friday

SAN JOSE — Police in San Jose are investigating a deadly capturing that wounded 1 victim early Friday morning, in accordance to authorities.

The San Jose Police Section gained the call about the taking pictures at around 6 a.m. Officers responded to the scene that happened in the Plant Browsing Center positioned on Curter Avenue at Monterey Highway. A single adult male sufferer was located wounded. Law enforcement did not to begin with give any info on the victim’s ailment  

San Jose police tweeted about the taking pictures shortly soon after 7 a.m.

Police said most if not all organizations had been shut at the time of the capturing. At close to 9:38 a.m., authorities verified that the taking pictures was becoming investigated as a homicide and that the victim was declared deceased at the scene.

Authorities did not have any information on a suspect or identified motive as of early Friday morning.   

Law enforcement explained the id of the victim will be produced by the Santa Clara County Coroner’s Place of work immediately after confirming the his identification and notifying future of kin.

The fatal capturing is San Jose’s 22nd murder of 2022.
