Periwinkle has been my favorite color since the day I opened my first box of crayons as a child, and it has remained my signature shade ever since. So, it should come as no surprise that I was extremely happy to see Pantone name the violet-blue hue as its color of 2022 — especially since its also one that might help with manifestation.

According to Pantone, “Very Peri” (Pantone 17-3938) promises to bring “newness” to the year ahead. That’s the kind of vibe that falls right in line with many people’s goals; after two years of intensity due to a life-altering pandemic, it’s safe to say we could all use a fresh start.
